To proceed with a return, please send an email request for the return to email@example.com no later than 15 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return.
To proceed with the return, please follow the following steps:
- The product may not be used.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, with the original labels and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced by packaging of similar size and capacity.
- The product must be send to our customer services address:

- We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and retain proof of shipment.
Once we receive the item(s) and checked that they comply with the aforementioned conditions, we will proceed with the refund of the amount for the item(s) returned. Delivery charges will not be refunded except in cases where items have been faulty when they arrived or the order was wrong.
If the item is being returned as a result of a manufacturing or quality fault for which Lefrik is responsible, Lefrik will replace it with one that is identical in perfect condition, and shall cover any charges relating to collection and delivery of the new item, or if this is not possible, it will refund the full amount within a period of 10 working days, using the same payment method used during the purchase.
If it is not in stock, Lefrik will be unable to complete the order for the product and the full amount will be refunded within a period of 10 working days. The refund will be done automatically using the same payment method used during the purchase.
The seller is liable in the event of a lack of conformity in items which manifests itself within a period of two years following delivery. Unless otherwise indicated, it will be considered that the products conform with the contract provided that they comply with all the requirements expressed below:
a) They match the description provided by the seller and have the product qualities which the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
b) They are suitable for uses for which products of the same type are normally designed.
c) They present the normal quality and features of a product of the same type which the consumer or user may expect with good reason, given the nature of the product (...).
The consumer and user must notify the seller of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the time when they become aware of it
If discount codes have been used when the purchase was made, the value of the discount code will not be refunded.
Direct costs relating to return of the item(s) will be the users responsibility, except in the case of a manufacturing or quality fault, in which case Lefrik will be responsible for the costs relating to the collection and delivery of the item(s).
In the case of a partial return of an order for which the delivery charges have been free (order over 85 euros on the Spanish peninsula), Lefrik assumes the right to charge for said delivery charges, provided that the amount remaining from the order is lower than the minimum amount requested. Example: If you purchase more than one product, the sum of which is higher than 85 euros, the delivery charges are free; but if you make a partial return, and the total amount is below 85 euros, delivery charges will apply.
If the product is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to not refund the amount of the product, as well as any associated expenses.
