We want you to love your Lefrik product. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 60 working days from the date of purchase.

Before you start your return

Please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

Unused items only
The product must not have been used.
Original condition & packaging
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original labels and packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please use a similar box of equal size and protection.
Order information included
Add your full name and order number inside the package (e.g. LFK1234).

In case of return of an order with free gift items, the gift item must also be returned in perfect condition. In case it is not included in the return, its price will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

Spain + Portugal

The cost of returning or exchanging a product is 4,90€.

If you live in Madrid you can also return and exchange your products at our flagship store in C/Colón 4 at no cost.

To return your products from the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please contact us directly at info@lefrik.com.

United Kingdom

The cost of returning or exchanging a product is £5.

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia

The cost of returning or exchanging a product is 9,90€.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Romania, Slovenia

The cost of returning or exchanging a product is 12,90€.

Rest of countries

The cost of returning or exchanging a product is 24,90€.

If you choose this option, the money collected will be sent to the NGO Reforesta. Every 17€ is equivalent to one tree planted in those areas of Europe most affected by climate change and desertification.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the product is considered faulty Lefrik shall assume the entire cost of the return shipping and/or exchange.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your item back in the specified address and once we confirm that the product has not been used and has been returned in the same condition it was delivered, the value of the item purchased will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

Note that it might take a couple working days to receive the payment back in your bank account.

If discount codes have been used when the purchase was made, the value of the discount code will not be refunded.

Return cost will be deducted from the total refunded price.
