Lefrik's website is owned and operated by LEFRIK INTERNET RETAIL, S.L., with its company headquarters at calle Rafael Botí 2, 28023 in Madrid and Tax ID 86443793 (hereinafter, "Lefrik"), which is registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry, Volume 29822, Folio 120, Section 8 of the Companies Register.

These terms and conditions of use will expressly govern any relationships arising between LEFRIK INTERNET RETAIL, S.L., with its company headquarters at calle Rafael Botí 2, 28023 in Madrid and Tax ID 86443793 (hereinafter, "Lefrik") and third parties (hereinafter, "Users") who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official website of LEFRIK INTERNET RETAIL, S.L., (http://www.lefrik.com, hereinafter the "store", “the portal”).

By accessing and using this website, users indicate their conformity with these terms and conditions, including any changes. If you are not in agreement with these terms and conditions, please do not access or make use of this website in the future. For specific campaigns, promotions or competitions, additional terms and conditions will apply. If you wish to participate in these campaigns, promotions or competitions, you must be in agreement with the terms and conditions applicable to the same. In the event of contradiction between said terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of the online page of Lefrik, the latter shall prevail.

If you are not of legal age, you must inform your parents or guardians of these Terms and Conditions and Lefrik's Privacy Policy, who must express their acceptance of the same before use of this website or the services offered on it. Only orders placed by persons of legal age will be accepted.

Lefrik may modify these terms and conditions of use at any time. Any modification made, will not affect, under any circumstances, purchases made prior to the approval of said modifications which will always be governed by the current terms and conditions at the time of these purchases are made. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the current terms and conditions at the time of starting the Purchase Process.

These terms and conditions may be added to or modified by specific clauses or conditions relating to certain products, especially, as regards the exclusion of rights to return goods. Please read the product information carefully to ensure you are aware of these specific conditions.


To make online purchases easier and to avoid having to ask customers for the same information every time they make a new purchase, it is necessary to register as a user of the Portal. When registering, please provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information on all aspects. Occasionally, we may change the registration requirements.

You may access the registered users' area using your username and password or any devices which Lefrik enables to authenticate users in specific cases. In connection with your user registration, Lefrik may use cookies or other similar devices which enable you to register your browsing preferences and identify yourself when you connect using the same computer.

Through User Registration you may access your purchase history, view and edit your registration details, request a copy of the Returns Form and other processes and administration related to your purchases.

It is free to register as a user of Lefrik and you will not be subject to any conditions or payment. You can cancel your registration as a user at any time by sending an email to help@lefrik.com. Cancelling your registration as a user means that your personal user details will be cancelled and you will be unable to make online purchases in the future unless you re-register as a user.

Personal information

We would like to inform users that, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, your personal details will be included in a file for which Lefrik is responsible, and that they shall be used for the purposes indicated in the aforementioned Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct and cancel your personal details by exercising the right in relation to Lefrik Internet Retail, S.L. and following the procedure indicated in the Privacy Policy.

Purchasing Conditions

To be able to make purchases on this website, it is necessary to register on the same; once the user is registered, and has created an associated account, they may make the purchase.

1. Stock

The products displayed on this website are a selection from the Lefrik catalogue. Our product availability is in real time, so it is possible that some products selected may not be in stock. The Lefrik online store shall not accept any responsibility as a result of there being no stock available of any of the models displayed.??Items in the Lefrik basket are not reserved, and may be purchased by other customers.

2. How to make a purchase

Lefrik uses the following purchasing procedure:From Home, the user may access the different sections to view the catalogue of products offered by Lefrik.

By clicking on the image and text of the product, the product record will be displayed with the characteristics, description, availability and price.?To select the item you must click on the button "Add to basket".

All purchases are aded to the Lefrik basket which users may check at any time by clicking on the icon "See Basket" appearing at the top of the web page.

The Lefrik basket will include the name of the item(s) selected, the total price (including VAT and delivery charges) and the delivery details.

From this screen, you can remove products which you are not interested in or continue shopping.

Please remember that all details must be completed correctly to avoid confusion and problems when the item(s) is/are dispatched.

Once you have checked the products you want to order, correctly completed the details and chosen the payment method, you can continue with the process by pressing the button "Confirm Order".

3. Order confirmation

Once you have made your selection and placed the order, you will receive an email from Lefrik confirming that your order has been placed (order confirmation). This confirmation will include information referring to the identification of the item(s) purchased, the total price (including VAT and delivery charges) and the delivery details.

If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact the Customer Services Department via help@lefrik.com, where we will be happy to help. However, please always ensure to review your order before placing it. Before confirming it, you have the option to edit the information you have entered, such as the delivery or billing address, or your credit card details; you may also modify or remove items included in your basket.

If an error occurs in the message it may be due to a temporary communication problem on the network or an error when typing the email address provided. In either case, please contact our Customer Services on help@lefrik.com. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if, for example, it has not been possible to obtain the payment authorisation from the purchaser, if delivery restrictions apply to a specific item or if the item is not in stock. In the latter case, we will inform you by email and will reimbourse any payments you have made.

Lefrik is not liable to the user or third parties in the event that any item is removed from the website, including if it has been sold; or for the removal, revision or editing of materials or content on the website, rejecting transactions of all types.

4. Pricing policy

The prices displayed for the products on this website appear in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices indicated in relation to each product, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include delivery charges, handling, packaging, delivery insurance or any other additional and supplementary services for the product or service purchased.

Lefrik will not be responsible for special rates, customs duties or additional delivery costs. The prices included on this website do not include customs duties or taxes. Orders placed may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes and charges, which will be demanded when the delivery arrives in its country of destination. Users are solely responsible for any additional charges at the customs office. Lefrik does not have any control over these charges nor may it predict their amount or nature.

Lefrik reserves the right to modify its retail sales prices at any time, except for orders which have already been completed.

For any information on an order, you can contact Customer Services on help@lefrik.com, indicating the order number which appears in the confirmation email for the purchase.

5. Payment methods and security procedures

It is possible to place orders at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.?Lefrik will only accept payments made using credit or debit cards and PayPal, depending on the country where the order is being sent. No other payment method will be accepted, with the exception of those mentioned above

The customer must confirm that the credit/debit card they are using is their own or that the cardholder has given them authorisation to use it. Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer rejects the payment authorisation to Lefrik, the latter will not be held responsible for any delay which occurs in delivery.

Lefrik will do everything possible to ensure that this website is secure. Any payments you make on Lefrik using credit or debit cards will be done in real time through a secure payment system, using a Virtual del banco Sabadell POS.?The confidential details of the card used for the payment (e.g. the card number and expiry date) are processed directly by Sabadell bank, thereby guaranteeing users appropriate and confidential management of their details.

The Virtual del Banco Sabadell POS codifies and transmits them in an encrypted way directly to a secure server, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This solution guarantees secrecy of the information sent through a key-encrypted dialogue. At no time will Lefrik gain access to your account.

We shall not assume responsibility for delays in the delivery of goods as a result of the absence of bank authorisation.

Lefrik reserves the right to refuse any order for security reasons. The affected customers will be notified. Lefrik also reserves the right to cancel orders when it is unable to verify the delivery and/or billing details, in which case the customer will be notified. In addition, Lefrik reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or cancel an order if they believe that the purchaser is buying the items for resale purposes.

6. Purchase limit

Customers who wish to purchase more than 5 items with the same reference must contact the Customer Services Department by writing to help@lefrik.comwhere they will be given detailed information on purchase options.

7. Purchase guarantee

Lefrik has made every effort to ensure that the representation of the images of the products on the Portal is as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the items or texture may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer's monitor. For this reason, Lefrik does not guarantee that the colour or texture displayed on the monitor is an exact replica of the original.

Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until the date indicated or until there are no more items in stock, whichever comes first.


All orders will be delivered by international courier companies.

The delivery times are between 24 and 72 hours for the Spanish peninsula and up to 10 working days for other destinations.

Items are delivered Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 19.00, excluding bank holidays. ?However, as the fulfilment of these delivery times also depends on third parties, Lefrik cannot guarantee a period of less than 15 days. ?For the purposes of the Adapted Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users approved via Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, the latter must be taken as the delivery date promised by Lefrik.

Deliveries will be made to the normal place of residence or work indicated by the user, in one of the countries indicated on this website. Deliveries must be signed for when they are received. Once the acknowledgement of receipt has been signed, the items will be the responsibility of the consumer. We do not deliver items to post offices.

Deliveries do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays in any specific region or country. All purchases for Lefrik items will be delivered by recognised international courier companies.

In order to avoid problems with deliveries (incorrect addresses, person out at the address...), the corresponding form must be completed correctly, especially the box with the contact telephone number.

When your order has left the warehouse, and if you are interested about your order status, you can write to help@lefrik.com, and you will be sent an email indicating the tracking number for the package assigned by the courier company for the delivery of your item(s). This will enable you to monitor the status of your order at all times. If you have ordered more than one item, we will wait for all the items from the order to come available before proceeding with the delivery, as we do not offer partial deliveries.

All items delivered by Lefrik will be the property of Lefrik until Lefrik receives payment for them.

Order cancellation

Users may cancel their order(s) by sending an email to help@lefrik.com(indicating the order number in the subject) after confirming it, but before its dispatch, and they will receive a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched (in other words, it has already left the warehouse) you will have to wait until your delivery arrives to cancel the order, although cancellation in these circumstances is subject to specific terms and conditions (see "Returns").


If you would like to return any item, you have a period of 14 days from the date you receive it to request the return and 60 days from the date you receive it for the return to be received at the Lefrik offices. ?To return an order, you must ensure to comply with the following conditions.

- The product must not have been used.

- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent in and where possible in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, it must be replaced by packaging of a similar size and capacity.

- The product must be returned to the Lefrik offices (see address below) within a period of 60 days following receipt of your order.

Returns must be processed through the Customer services department. Items must be returned by standard certified post to the address:

Lefrik will not be responsible for returns which do not reach its warehouse. Lefrik will not accept returns sent cash on delivery.

To request the return of an item, please contact the customer services department on help@lefrik.com

Once Lefrik has received the item(s) and checked that they comply with the aforementioned conditions, Lefrik will refund you the amount paid for the item(s) but not for delivery charges.

If the item is being returned as a result of a manufacturing or quality fault for which Lefrik is responsible, Lefrik will make every effort to repair it or replace it with one that is identical in perfect condition, and shall cover any charges relating to collection, repair and/or delivery of the new item, or if this is not possible, it will refund the full amount within a period of 10 working days. ?The refund will be done automatically using the same payment method which has been used during the purchase.

The seller is liable in the event of a lack of conformity in items which manifests itself within a period of two years following delivery. Unless otherwise indicated, it will be considered that the products conform with the contract provided that they comply with all the requirements expressed below:

a) They match the description provided by the seller and have the product qualities which the seller has presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.

b) They are suitable for uses for which products of the same type are normally designed.

c) They display the normal quality and features of a product of the same type which the consumer or user may expect with good reason, given the nature of the product (...).

The consumer and user must notify the seller of the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the time when they become aware of it.

If discount coupons have been used for the purchase, please bear in mind that the value of the discount coupon will not be refunded.

Any direct costs for return of the item(s) will be the users responsibility, except for returns made using MRW services within the territory of the Spanish peninsula or in the event of a manufacturing or quality fault, where Lefrik will be responsible for any costs related to the return of the item(s).

Aftersales service

The Lefrik Customer services department has an aftersales service to help to resolve any problems related to our items and deliveries, offering customers a fast and efficient response.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade names, rights over databases and designs) and all the information and material (including logos, graphics and software) provided through this website are the property of Lefrik, or are used with the consent of the owners of the relevant rights, and are explicitly reserved.

The use of this website and its content does not guarantee the user any right or transfer of intellectual property as regards the content (as described in the content section below), including the software of Lefrik and all HTML and other codes contained on this website. Said content, including the designs, trademarks of third parties,and intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this website, is protected by national intellectual property and other laws and provisions of international treaties.

It is prohibited to reproduce or redistribute the aforementioned content, which may be considered a civil or penal offence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, copying and using the materials listed above to any other server, location or device for their publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, it is permitted to make a copy for the purposes of viewing the content for your own personal use.

This website is only for personal and non-commercial use. It is not permitted to use it commercially, create jobs deriving from it, or transfer or sell the content, software, products or services contained on this website.
